Dedicated to Joseph Beuys, Rustam Khalfin, Sergey Maslov and all artists

Quite interesting times have come ... And there was a time when Rustam Khalfin did the performance "Autumn gestures of anger". He wore a hat a la Joseph Beuys and chopped up cabbage with a huge cleaver, fermenting it as a product of the fermentation of the artist's anger. And even earlier, Joseph Beuys put on his hat, while he was telling the history of art to a dead jackrabbit... Sergei Maslov wrote on a half-broken wall: "The future will never come, we will just grow old." 

The future has arrived. So now we can no longer have fun meeting each other at a party and enjoy simple communication with friends. We are overwhelmed with a lot of knowledge. We are overwhelmed with hype. It is difficult for us to get out of the social networks: Facebook, YouTube and Instagram. We perceive the network “bullshit” as the ultimate truth. Everyone in this virtual reality is "holier than the Pope". Government agencies of Kazakhstan have fallen into the net of virtual life - and already the National Museum announced that the participation in the Venice Biennale is cancelled on the Facebook page, and it already seems to some people that everything is lost already - many years of efforts we put and numerous exhibitions we held...

Hey- hey! Forget the biennial, art market, hype and facebook! Fly over Venice! Put on your Boyce hat! Chop up the cabbage of art, turning it into artistic rage! Feed the rabbit with anger, because the rabbit is one of us - consumers of art. Khrum-Khrum-Khrum ...
